Terms & Conditions – Kms Brows & Beauty

Deposits

• All deposits are strictly non-refundable.
• Deposits are non-transferable to another person or treatment type.

Patch Test Policy

• All new clients are required to book and attend a patch test at least 48 hours prior to their appointment (where required for the treatment).
• It is the client’s responsibility to ensure their patch test is completed within the correct timeframe.
• Failure to attend or book a required patch test will result in cancellation of your appointment.
• A holding fee/charge will apply as the appointment slot has been reserved and cannot be filled at short notice.

Cancellations & Notice

• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Failure to provide 48 hours’ notice will result in loss of your deposit.
• A £10 admin fee will apply to reschedule late cancellations.
• As insufficient notice prevents the appointment slot from being filled, the full appointment balance will still be payable.

Rescheduling Policy

• One rescheduled appointment is permitted within a 4-week period free of charge (provided 48 hours’ notice is given).
• Any further changes outside of this policy will result in loss of deposit and a new booking deposit being required.

Late Arrivals

• Please arrive on time for your appointment.
• If you are running more than 10 minutes late, you must contact Katie directly.
• Late arrival may result in your appointment being rescheduled to avoid disruption to other clients.
• Repeated lateness or frequent rescheduling may result in the full treatment cost being charged.

Appointment Policy

• All treatments are strictly by pre-booked appointment only.
• All clients must be 18 years and older.
• Kms Brows & Beauty is a home-based studio — no unplanned or walk-in visits will be permitted.
• We kindly ask that you respect the privacy of the family home environment.
• If you are pregnant or breast feeding, unfortunately Katie is not permitted to carry out any listed services.

Children Policy

• For health and safety reasons, children and babies are not permitted to attend appointments. We kindly ask that you attend your appointment alone. Failure to arrange childcare may result in your appointment being cancelled and your booking fee retained.

Mobile Appointments

• Clients must inform Katie in advance of any parking charges. These will be added to your appointment balance.
• Failure to provide parking information may result in cancellation of your booking.
• A safe, secure, and suitable working space must be provided. If the environment is deemed unsafe, the appointment may be cancelled at Katie’s discretion.

Studio Cancellation Policy

• In the unlikely event that Kms Brows & Beauty needs to cancel your appointment, a full refund will be issued.

Booking Fee

• A non-refundable booking fee & platform fee is required to secure all appointments made through our booking platform. This fee is charged by the booking platform and is added to the service total at the time of booking. Please note that the booking fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations, rescheduling, or failure to attend your appointment. This is to secure all payments are protected and processed safely.

Bridal Bookings

• Bridal clients must refer to the separate Bridal Contract Terms & Conditions provided at the time of booking.
