Before & Aftercare:

Before: Avoid alcohol, aspirin, and ibuprofen 24 hours before your appointment to reduce the risk of bruising.
After: Stay upright for 4 hours, avoid touching the area, and skip exercise for 24 hours to let the product settle properly.

All Botox appointment require a face to face consultation with KMS’s prescriber at her local studio based in Shinfield, Reading. Failing to carry out this appointment will result in a loss of your appointment and deposit. This is legal requirement with all practitioners as of 2025.
